About
BBI was launched in 1998 in Boston's Back Bay in the very early days of online education and web business development. We moved to Boston's South End Tech Space facility in 2001 and later to the Berkshires of Western Massachusetts in 2003. Founders Stephen Rinaldi and Ms. Ura Kondo lead the team.
While we have always had a business home base, our first decade found us effectively and seamlessly serving our clients from different sides of the globe - whether from Boston, New York, Tokyo, or up in the rolling hills of Western New England.
